4/ Drop-off Your Old Device
You can bring your old device to a designated drop-off location in person
5/ Confirm Trade-in Price
The final trade-in prices are subject to physical devices assessment. If this trade-in price is different from what you see in the CSL Web, we will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm the final trade-in value. If you are not happy with the price quoted, you can request that we return the Device to you, and you need to bear any extra costs at HK$50 dollars.
6/ Trade-in Payment
Device trade-in value will be paid by FPS / bank transfer within 5 workings days after inspection
